The Fitness Theory Course is the first step to becoming a Fitness Professional. It it the first of three courses, if you are planning on becoming a Personal Training and the first of two courses if you are planing on become a Group Fitness leader.
In this course you will learn about your muscles, bones, and how exercise influences your body. This course has proven to raise percentage scores on the National Exam.

Upon completion of the course you will receive an attractive, professional certificate which officiates the completion of the first prerequisite to becoming a fitness professional. This certificate is color laser printed on quality paper and will not fade or smudge. You may proudly hang this certificate on your wall!
After taking this Course:
If you plan on continuing with becoming HFA Certified, upon passing you HFA Fitness Theory Exam, and have your Emergency First Aid and CPR, you may proceed to your next course.
Please Note: If you choose to register with the BCRPA, you are required to write your national theory exam directly after completing HFA's Fitness Theory course and before you register for your specialty module such as group fitness, weight training and personal training.
