The Fitness Theory Course is the first step to becoming a Fitness Professional. It it the first of three courses, if you are planning on becoming a Personal Training and the first of two courses if you are planing on become a Group Fitness leader.

In this course you will learn about your muscles, bones, and how exercise influences your body. This course has proven to raise percentage scores on the National Exam.
